INTEREST TO BE SOLD: Seventy-five percent (75%) of the limited liability company membership interests (the “Membership Interests”) in
Ephant Group-RedRoof, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company holding title to the real property commonly known as Red Roof PLUS+ located at 210 Brenda Ave., Danville, KY 40422. The Secured Party’s claim against the Debtor, exclusive of fees and costs, is $506,033.50 as of September 12, 2024. Full notice of the sale is available upon request.
