AUCTION DATE & TIME: June 19, 2026, 11:15 AM Eastern Time

AUCTION LOCATION: Remote, via Zoom

CREDIT BID: $10,000.00

BUYER’S PREMIUM: 2%

SECURED PARTY: Loan Originations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company

AUCTIONEER: AuctionWorks, a division of AW Properties Global, LLC

INTEREST TO BE SOLD / SALE ASSETS:
Certain limited partnership interests in Jamp Stokesbury, LP, a Texas limited partnership.

Roderick Family, LLC is the current owner of 49.95% of the limited partnership interests in the Relevant Entity. To secure its obligations to the Secured Party, Roderick Family pledged a first-priority, perfected security interest in and to its limited partnership interests.

TERMS OF SALE:
The sale will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Qualified bidders must register and satisfy the requirements set forth in the Auction Terms & Conditions. The Secured Party shall be deemed a qualified bidder and shall be permitted to credit bid amounts due and owing to it.

Qualified bidders will be required to post a $100,000.00 good faith deposit before bidding and to increase such deposit to 25% of the successful bid on or before 12:00 noon Eastern Time on June 26, 2026.

The sale will be FINAL and conducted on an “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS” basis and WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.

The Secured Party reserves the right to establish bidding procedures, require proof of financial ability, credit bid, and to adjourn, continue, or cancel the sale.
